We at LaFayette Alliance have a vision:

• To equip the congregation to minister and share the gospel with others. An ever increasing lay ministry network.
• To minister to the needs of people who are hurting in order to help them grow into the likeness of Christ.
• To see two workers; one lead and one apprentice; for every age group and ministry in the church. It is the Lord’s will that we reproduce ourselves in ministry.
• To see a minimum of 50% of our adults be involved in LIFE Small Groups.
• To plant a church in a portion of God’s vineyard that is needy.
• To see a spiritually strong student movement, with several teens trained and ministering to other teens.
• To see our facility being used on a daily basis for various kinds of ministries.
• To establish a strong presence in the community as a church who cares for others and who loves the Lord.
• To send out multiplied numbers of people on the mission field full-time.
