We received the following note from Zac and Julie Stutler, missionaries to the Dominican Republic.
Dear LaFayette Alliance Church DR Work Team,
We want to thank you so much for leaving the Chocolate eggs, M&M's and stamps for us. What a fun blessing. We polished off part of a bag of Chocolate eggs for our family night and we've mailed several letters using your stamps. We'll save the M&M's for another special treat sometime. We appreciate your thoughtfulness in bringing both fun and useful gifts to us.
We also want to thank someone in your group that left a special gift for our family. You know who you are (we don't), but we are so appreciative of your expression of love and concern to us. So whichever of you it was that left this anonymous gift, thank you so very much.
We went to the Ebenezer Church you worked on for Sunday School. Our kids enjoy going there and hanging out with their youth when we don't have another commitment. The pastor again expressed appreciation for your group to the church family and spoke of the tears in your eyes as you left the church group. You impacted their church with your sacrifice, kindness, generosity and Christ-like spirit. As missionaries, we are also very grateful for your willingness to come and work hard and accomplish your goals to help out the wonderful Ebenezer Church family.
We appreciated sharing a meal with you all and getting to know you a little bit. We appreciate that you're concerned about our ministries here and what the Lord has done and is going to do. Please continue to remember us in your prayers as the Lord brings us to mind.
Again, thank you for coming to the DR and blessing the Ebenezer Church with your work and blessing us with your gifts. We are very grateful for your kindness and generosity to us. May the Lord bless each of you and your families as you continue to use the gifts and talents the Lord has given you for His glory.

Alan & Trish Eggleton, missionaries to Russia, who were here for our missions weekend in May sent the following note.
Dear Friends at LaFayette,
Thank you so very much for your love, hospitality, and generosity we experienced while at the missions weekend. It was so very good to be with you.
We just recently learned that another missionary couple and kids (the Fishers) will be with us in St. Petersburg doing their 2 years of language study there. They have 4 children at about the same ages of ours.
Thank you again so much for your love offering as well. We hope you were blessed by what God is doing in Russia.
